Terms and Conditions for Black Friday Wedding Photography Offer
Offer Availability
a. Limited Availability: This Black Friday offer is available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to limited availability.
b. Offer Allocation: A finite number of bookings are available under this promotion. Once the allocation has been filled, the 50% discount offer will no longer be available.
Booking Confirmation
a. Date Availability: All bookings are subject to the availability of your wedding date. We will confirm availability upon receipt of your enquiry.
b. Unavailable Dates: If your preferred wedding date is already booked, we will notify you promptly. In such cases, we may offer you alternative dates or inform you of other promotions for which you may be eligible.
Alternative Offers
a. Exhausted Discounts: If the allocation for the 50% discount has been exhausted, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative discount or promotional package at our discretion.
b. No Combination of Offers: Alternative offers are subject to their own terms and conditions and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Eligibility
a. New Enquiries Only: This offer is valid only for new bookings made during Black Friday 2024
Booking Requirements
a. Booking fee: A non-refundable booking fee of £300 is required within 5 days to secure your booking and the promotional rate.
b. Contract Signing: A signed contract must be returned within 5 days of receipt to finalise the booking.
Promotional Period
a. Offer Duration: This Black Friday promotion is valid for one week from the 29th November 2024.
b. Right to Amend: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, except where a booking has already been confirmed and a deposit received.
Non-Transferable and No Cash Alternative
a. Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or event.
b. No Cash Alternative: No cash or other alternatives will be offered in lieu of the discount.
Standard Terms Apply
a. Standard Terms and Conditions: All standard terms and conditions as outlined in our wedding photography contract apply.
b. Inconsistencies: In the event of any inconsistency between these promotional terms and the standard terms and conditions, these promotional terms shall prevail.
Cancellation Policy
a. Client Cancellation: Should you cancel your booking, the non-refundable deposit will be retained as per our standard cancellation policy.
b. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
